Recently I was asked to help a customer write a high level Return of Investment summary for the implmentation of Operations Manager 2007 R2. I had a look on the web and found many points for Config Mgr (which are useful) but not too much on Operations Manager 2007 R2 from a high level business perspective. As mentioned in my previous post - Operations Manager 2007 R2 will be fully available in July 2009. I have been using the evaluation version now for the last week on a SQL 2008 build and I have to say I am really impressed. This really is a great product!
